Did anyone tell you that the moment you gave your life to the Lord, you attended your own funeral and new birth at the same time? Did anyone further mention to you that this transaction came with a price? I don't remember anyone telling me that when I was seven years old, but I wish they had, for it sure would have explained a lot of things that I saw later on in life and why the devil hated me so much. Nevertheless, over time, I learned how to tell the devil to look up, see the "Swoosh," and kiss my "Kicks!" to remind him that his place is now under the foot of Jesus and mine in Jesus name (The Believer's Authority). However, knowledge like this comes from the study of God's Word and revelation knowledge through the Holy Spirit. Regardless, questions like those seen above are why I started this site.

We're so happy you are here with us today. So, what is Discipleship28GO? It's a resource and learning center for those who genuinely love God and want to learn more. The Law of Love (Matthew 22:37-40) governs our motives as to what we study, present before the Lord in prayer, and share with you, the viewer. We focus on the unity of the Body of Christ as God calls us to in Scripture. We will often direct you to pray over subject matters you may find here, test the spirit by the spirit, and determine the direction of the Holy Spirit for yourself. Finally, please understand, by all means, it is okay not to agree with some of the things you find here on the site, for many of us will come from different backgrounds and religions, so I ask that you leave room for the Holy Spirit to bring truth and light to your situation.

At this site, we will have a lot of honest and challenging conversations about what we have heard or have been taught, measure it against the Word of God, and realign to what God says about it within his word. So, get comfortable with becoming uncomfortable in shedding the "Dignified Church" religiousness and grow into the obedient and prosperous "Living church," which is "You," the Body of Jesus Christ. Our goal is for you to grow to maturity as a Disciple of Christ, share and teach others to do the same and enjoy the benefits of coming to the throne of God's grace, wisdom, mercy, and the blessings of his freedom in peace while being one in relationship with the Heavenly Father.
